Communications & Donor Engagement Coordinator

● Lead donor engagement and advancement communications, supporting the Annual Fund through targeted outreach, stewardship communications, and community engagement initiatives.
● Manage the school’s communications strategy and digital channels, including a weekly newsletter distributed to 1,200+ recipients, email marketing campaigns, press releases, and social media platforms with a combined 4,000+ followers.
● Design and produce marketing and promotional materials (event branding, invitations, flyers, and digital graphics) to support school events, fundraising campaigns, and community initiatives.
● Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content for events, social media, and fundraising campaigns.
● Support admissions marketing efforts through Google Ads campaigns, increasing awareness and interest for school open house events.
● Coordinate marketing, sponsorship outreach and acquisition, and promotional design for the Saints Spectacular Gala, contributing to a $315K net fundraising outcome.
● Plan and execute large-scale community events including Homecoming and the annual Crawfish Boil, drawing 500–600 attendees.
● Leverage Google Analytics to track website engagement and guide communication strategies.
● Manage Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility for admissions, events, and fundraising initiatives.
● Implement SEO-focused content updates to improve search visibility and audience reach.
● Oversee and maintain the school’s Finalsite website, ensuring accurate content, timely updates, and optimized user experience.
● Lead alumni engagement initiatives, organizing events such as Senior Sendoff, reunions, and parent gatherings, maintaining relationships with alumni dating back to the Class of 2014.
